Executive Director
Reports to: Board of Directors, Oregon Advanced Imaging
Supervises: Operations Manager, Chief Tech and Comptroller

Responsible for analysis, planning, budgeting and reporting. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and seeks accreditation from appropriate accrediting entities.
Education/Qualifications:
BS Degree in related field required. MS/ MBA/ MHA degree preferred. Seven years progressively responsible executive management experience in diagnostic imaging or medical practice management.

Operations Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Supervises: Office staff
The operations manager will have oversight of all human resources functions with responsibility for managing the daily operations of front desk, medical records and business office staff to ensure outstanding customer service, accurate and timely billing, and efficient utilization of resources.
Must be well versed in health care administration systems including governmental regulations and compliance requirements. Must be adept at monthly performance tracking and reporting. Strong understanding of practice management software required.
