toward Medford on I-5:
• Take the North Medford,
Exit #30.
• Take Biddle Exit.
• Go North on Biddle Rd.
• Go 1.5 miles.
• Turn LEFT on O'Hare Pkwy.
• OAI is the second building on the right at Navigator's Landing.
To reach our Navigator's Landing office, if you are heading SOUTH
toward Medford on I-5:
• Exit at Central Point - E. Pine Street exit.
• Turn LEFT at top of exit ramp and continue on E. Pine.
• Follow signs to Medford Airport. E. Pine will turn into Biddle Rd.
• Continue on Biddle Rd. to O'Hare Parkway (which is directly across from the new Medford Airport entrance).
• Turn RIGHT on O'Hare Parkway.
• OAI is the second building on the right at Navigator's Landing.
To reach our 1107 Crater Lake Ave. facility, if you are heading toward Medford on I-5:
• Take the North Medford,
Exit #30.
• Follow signs to go EAST on
Crater Lake Highway.
• Turn RIGHT at Delta Waters Rd.
• Turn RIGHT onto Crater Lake
Ave.
• Go through intersection at
McAndrews Rd.
• Take 2nd driveway on your
RIGHT; signs will say
Emergency Department.
• Look for designated OAI
parking.
• The office is located at 1107
Crater Lake Ave.
• Entrance is to the RIGHT of
the Emergency Department
entrance.
